Beauraing Belgium

These are some photos I took at the shrine of the apparition of the Mother of God at Beauraing Belgium. The virgin appeared to five school children repeatedly from 1932-3. The apparition was approved by he Bishop of Namur Belgium and eventually getting recognition from the Vatican. Pope John Paul II actually prayed at this shrine and celebrated mass here in 1985. Their big celebration is always the 15th of August.

Unfortunately, I can not get their new website link to function.

In IC XC,

I learned about this shrine just recently...it looks like a beautiful and very peaceful place.
